FULL ASSESSMENT
A complete review of your reproductive tissue storage operation, including its physical layout, equipment, policies and procedures, organizational structure, interviews with all performing employees, as well management with executive responsibility. Final deliverable: an extensive and detailed written report, with pictures, gap analysis, recommended improvement plan.
INITIAL ASSESSMENT
A desktop review of policies and procedures, organizational structure, followed by a visit to review physical layout and equipment, an interview with the person in charge of the tissue storage operations.
FOLLOW UP ASSESSMENT
A follow up visit, after 3, 6, or 12 months, reviewing all issues from the original full assessment, and a standard assessment of all tissue storage operations. Deliverable: a detailed written report, with pictures, update on gap analysis, and an assessment of progress with improvement plan.
"INTERNAL" AUDIT
A traditional internal audit reviewing compliance with policies and procedures.
